LifeSafetyMates — Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the LifeSafetyMates app, operated by Armor Fati Holdings LTD Co, doing business as 5K TAC. By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use LifeSafetyMates on devices you own or control. If you downloaded the app from the App Store, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement also applies.
Professional-use disclaimer
LifeSafetyMates gives troubleshooting help and code references as guidance only. It does not replace a qualified technician's judgment, the manufacturer's documentation, or the authority having jurisdiction. You are responsible for checking any answer against the applicable codes and the specific equipment before you act on it.
Subscriptions and free trial
- LifeSafetyMates Pro is an auto-renewing monthly subscription at the price shown in the app.
- New subscribers get a one-week free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase or when the trial ends.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel it.
Your account
Keep your login secure. You can delete your account and personal data at any time from Settings, then Delete Account, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, try to disrupt it, or use it against the law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, LifeSafetyMates is provided "as is" without warranties, and we are not liable for damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, its answers.
